• Main Usage
Milk tank semi-trailer is the professional vehicle used for
long-distance transportation of milk, drinks or other kind of
liquid food. Transportation plays an important role in milk
production. The milk shall be transported from pasture to food
processing factory in a cooling temperature without any delay.
• Optimized Structure
The outside tank is made by stainless steel 304 mirror surface. The
inside tank is made by stainless steel 316L food grade. The
material has such characteristics as non-corrosive, non-toxic,
light weight, beautiful styling and high strength. The inner pot of
the tank is carefully burnished and free from acute angles.
• Thermal Protection
Double layer structure with insulation material is designed to keep
temperature vary within 1℃ for 24 hours. The constant temperature
maintains the quality of the milk. The insulation material is
polyurethane foam from 60mm to 80mm, which has good performance of
keeping temperature.
• High Efficiency
The compartment can be divided into multiple units according to
customers' demand. Each unit is equipped with the unloading and
loading port, which are all stainless steel parts, like the manhole
cover, breath valve, discharge valves, pipe, etc.
